Excellent health benefits. 401k and ESSP are inline with the industry standard. High growth company, with lots of room for career advancement.
Cons
Payroll is becoming suffocatingly restricting, especially considering all of the tasking the SSC is pushing down to the stores. There, simply, isn't enough time in the day. Balance, employee morale, and customer service are taking the blunt of the impact of the payroll restrictions.
