      Employee discount. Even with your discount you will pay more than other retailers regular prices.

      Cons

      To many to list. If you are a manager you might as well be a day laborer. You will work just as hard for similar pay.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Cons

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
