Pros

The title looks good on a resume. Currently offering 'flexible time off'. No additional pros.

Cons

There was a stark difference between pre and post-COVID. During the pandemic, they were all about providing the best work environment for their team, and since then, this care for their team members has gone up in flames. This corporation is so out of touch with both their customers and their employees. The amount of money that is poured into their trade show every year is sickening when you look at how much they pay their front-line workers. Regular parking spots in the Store Support Center were removed to make room for more electric vehicle charging ports, for those higher-ups that are getting paid plenty and can afford a nice new vehicle. While in-store team members can't feed their kids because of how low their hourly wages are. You can make more at McDonald's flipping burgers than you can slinging 50lb bags of dog food and loading stockyards outdoors in the summer or snow. They will blame the weather on why some positions don't get a raise. "Mother Nature was too good to us this year" is the literal quote from a meeting on why our company hadn't performed as well in recent months. What a joke. With their recent decision to forgo all DE&I incentives, I wish nothing but the worst for this company and those who run it. Gen Z is going to squish TSC like a bug and I am enjoying the downfall of this business.
