Pros

Only thing that's beneficial is your employee discount

Cons

A standard yearly pay raise is $ 0.38 cents. They have to throw a few cents at you when the States minimum wage increases. But the pay is garbage. Almost every employee has a health ailment that doesn't allow them to do general store duties. Can't lift over 10lbs, can't be around or handle chickens, or clean the enclosures, can't get Hay or Straw for customers or have any knowledge of store product . Younger employees spend more time hiding in the breakroom, warehouse, or outside smoking or vaping all shift long. Freight team employees continuously call out on freight day without repercussions. I was a Full time employee and was NEVER scheduled for a full 40 hour work week, on average I got 30 a week, and it cheated me out of 20 hours per 2 week pay period.

Pros

Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

Cons

Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
