Pros

Enjoy working with like minded people and customers.

Cons

Expected to do all work of the ASM Never can do enough no matter how good you are. Example below: Only 3 people on staff every shift which in turn sets you up for failure every shift If one person calls out, which seems to always happen, you are still expected to throw forage//seed/treats/feed/dog/cat food to floor, pallet drops, clean dog wash, pull in driveables, propane, clean/water chicks, load out customers, do online orders, get hay for customers, sweep-mop-polish store floors, recover and front face, all while recommending products to customers and increasing every customer’s basket by 25%. Oh and must get TSC applications from customers. Seem reasonable? Not really when there’s a cashier and yourself. The pay is not a livable wage and it makes it very difficult to enjoy your job when you work so hard for a company only worried about the quarterly numbers and stock price.

Pros

Fellow coworkers were nice. Most everyone was very respectful, and worked together

Cons

Corporate has unrealistic expectations of perfection. Management plays favorites. White Glove District Manager tears through people of one pencil is out of sequence. You will experience mistreatment if the Manager decides he doesn’t like you, or if he’s just in a bad mood. He’ll take it out on you
