      You start learning the politics because everyone is fake

      Cons

      Do not join this, before interview they are ready to pay what you ask but after interview they start negotiating and according to them market standard is 15% for new joined . So you can think what hike after one year you can expect that is massive 2% so do not waste your time in interview as well
