Pros

I met some of the most wonderful people at TCMA. The job itself is exciting and multi-faceted. Good experience for starting out in sales and event planning.

Cons

The management was awful and company culture was toxic. Lots of office politics. We were overworked and under paid. I was threatened by my boss when I put my two weeks notice in. Also, informal performance review process and not much room for promotion. Know what you're getting yourself into.

Pros

- Free employee cafeteria - Smartrip benefits - Metro Accessible - That's about it.

Cons

- Low Pay - The cafeteria is disgusting--- Food has mold and there is always a strange odor. - HR constantly messes up your paycheck - Employees are cliquish and intrusive on others privacy - Not a productive and healthy environment for innovators and millennials - High amount of favoritism among tenured employees - No support for new employees - New ideas are ignored, 0 room for creativity - Managers and those in higher level positions are fake and ingenuine; they act like they have your best interest at heart one minute, the next they turn on you if you don't meet their ideals - Communication flow is unorganized - No room for growth -
