      Pros

      - Great office with a lot of space and cute kitchenette - Great environment and team working here - Great benefits - Great life-work balance - Great management - Interesting and challenging work And the list keeps going.

      Cons

      Only one for me personally. Although being on Daniel Island is amazing, the commute on 526 is just draining. But this is more a Charleston issue.

      decent pay and office space

      Cons

      management are lost most of the time, with lots of micromanaging. little support to staff and a constantly changing and unstable team with new people coming all the time zero team spirit or good vibes. might be ok as a first job but better to find a company where you can grow and be inspired by leadership. you wont find it here.
