Pros
- downtown location - a lot of great places to eat in this King St W./Spadina location - you can control the Sonos jukebox speaker in the office and listen to your own playlists
Cons
- an executive team that keeps making promises they can't keep, including getting a raise only to be told that we have to wait until series B comes along (seriously still using this excuse?) or an employee share ownership program, that I don't believe is ever going to happen, and don't get me started on the lack of benefits, - a product and engineering team that makes changes whenever they feel like it, often leaving customers out in the lurch or the rest of us scratching our heads wondering why the changes were not communicated, - a success team in shambles after loosing their management talent (from top to bottom); the Toronto team is now being led by a junior who has absolutely zero experience managing/leading, - a support team that tries their best but is in dire need of more resources, - a sales organization with deep rooted issues, stemming mostly from very aggressive targets and a lack of empathetic leadership,
