Pros
As everyone's in the same boat, there is a sense of camaraderie. Colleagues are helpful and work environment is great
Cons
The company is a profit making organization that leeches of its employees by not paying competitive salaries. The content team here makes just about half of minimum pay and is quite overworked as new recruits are rare and don't stick around for long.
