Pros
* Get to work on current and interesting tech (Angular1.X\2.X, NodeJS, Socket.IO, RabbitMQ, WebAPI, ...) * Small collaborative scrum teams that work hard and play hard (no one rides the bench). * Management encourages innovation. It is still small enough that you can step up and take responsibility to improve the company. * Reasonable hours (~40hr/wk). * They take culture seriously. Very little red tape and useless meetings.
Cons
* Benefits are average but medical is great. (Benefits are getting much better with Ally aquireing TradeKing). * Still some growing pains on the tech side.
