Pros
There’s a fair amount of politics at TradeStation and your experience greatly relies on your manager. Overall they care about their people. The benefits are decent for a company of this size. They promote from within, and leadership is approachable. Unlimited PTO and work from home stipends are a nice add.
Cons
Bonus structure could be better and culture get dragged down by some of the employees. People managers need more training. Courses to level up are not widely available.
