IT Department was a family to me since day one. Everybody gets involved and take ownership of the projects/solutions. Very fast environment
Cons
Every past quarter there was a corporate massive lay off. A lot of individuals are being affected, and the company is not providing a clear situation about how the company is doing, and what to expect, or advice to take any action. There is not opportunity to growth.
