Pros
Great locations. Strong aspects of the underlying technology. Management has a goal and purpose as compared to 5 years ago. Firm seems to be turning a corner over the last year.
Cons
Still has very slow development cycles. Too much QA is pushed onto the clients, customer facing and operations teams. Strong, brutal competition around us at all times.
