Experienced engineers. Good choice of technology. One can always learn new things.

Upper managers are very political, jumping from one extreme to another. Technology managers are not knowledgeable at all. They don't care about people. They try to accommodate themselves by saving on employees. Layoffs have become routine... but managers are not affected.
