Pros
Look, every company has its pros and cons. In my personal experience the environment, people, benefits and work have been good but I've heard of people from other teams that haven't had the same luck. Recently in an effort to increase the score of the company in Glassdoor, employees were offered an Amazon gift card in exchange for a positive review, the issue with this is that people might be fooled into working for "the perfect company" when that's not the reality (think of the fake reviews for bad items in Amazon, where people also give 5 star reviews in exchange for gift cards and then everyone is fooled into buying an item that's going to break apart easily or not work properly).
Cons
Management doesn't listen to feedback and are too stubborn to hear ideas from others.
