Pros
Teammates were both knowledgeable and helpful. Unlimited PTO. Flexible schedule. Supportive manager.
Cons
Tenured team members are stuck using dated processes. Big layoffs back in August due to over exposure to crypto and took on big losses after the crypto crash. After being laid off LinkedIn job alert later posted a new position for the same position. Management seems nice but not very competent.
