Pros
I was treated pretty well at TradeStation. There are very smart people working there and I felt that TradeStation tried hard to make employees happy - although they were a little out of touch. The benefits were really good and I felt that compensation was fair (although this seemed to be a common complaint).
Cons
My biggest complaint is that development has slowed dramatically, and TradeStation doesn't seem interested in becoming a real competitor in the marketplace. They don't seem to be gaining new customers and seem stuck in the late 90's. Many teams have tunnel vision and aren't interested (and ignore) problems that can prevent one from doing their job.
