      Pros

      The people at local TradeStation office are a smart and fun group. The pay was competitive, but the benefits were only so-so.

      Cons

      The company is reluctant to upgrade. They take the anecdote that "change is good, you go first" to the extreme.

      -Pay for entry level role -ability to be fully licensed -managers are great-two 15 min breaks

      Cons

      -5 days in office -8 to 5 work shifts with unpaid lunch -call center -talking to old people all day that cant navigate anything -Extremely busy at times -You will be talking ALL. DAY.
