They ignore calls and messages. - Outdated or faulty equipment. - Unrealistic standards for the timeframe given. - Warnings for no reason or made up reasons. Even if you provide photos to prove work was done. - They allow bullying and harassment from both other cleaners and managers. Complaints get ignored and swept under the rug. - Managers seen standing outside schools smoking with their favourite cleaners rather than offering support to struggling cleaners.
