Some of the old leaders were great! Nice office, chilled and easy work load, 10-5 kind of job, good salary.
Cons
Terrible C-suite (old and new) No direction or Strategy. Everything is OFFLINE. The new and old CTO did not build any technology. If it wasn’t for DAFZAs money there would be no company. The new CEO and CTO have no idea what they are doing, they actually put a CTO to run a business unit because they have insecurities to hire someone who understands and can over shine them within the first week. New management is horrible and only there because of great salaries. Culture is terrible, so political, trying to be Amazon but failing miserably. The only way they retain employees is to pay them ridiculous amount of money. What you see on social media and MOU is all an act that they are running a business. They hire and promote people to show that somethings working when it’s not.
