Pros

Was a pretty good place about 3 or 4 years ago, but not now

Cons

Going through major layoffs and cutting commissions and salaries for the last year. They have cut out whole departments, including customer service and marketing and creative, which is scary for a company that is losing customers left and right. They have not done anything to keep up with their competitors or make improvements to their product in the last several years. New sales are very slow and current customers are canceling at highest levels since Covid. Many employees that have been there for 10+ years have either quit recently or been fired which is a huge red flag!

Pros

Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, even during fast‑moving initiatives. Smart, supportive colleagues who genuinely care about the work and the customers. Strong commitment to cross‑team collaboration, especially between Marketing, Content, Product, and Insights

Cons

Prioritization can shift quickly, which sometimes creates rework or unclear direction. Resource constraints can slow down execution on larger initiatives. Some decisions feel reactive rather than planned, which affects long‑term execution.
