Pros
- Leave policy is good in comparison with other mid-level companies.
- Portal to track basic things like leave, attendance, etc.
- Timely salary credit
Cons
- No work culture
- People are nice, but the constant pressure of work is on everyone
- Work is not defined, useless time is spent on discussing useless things in meetings, and no actual work is done.
- No learning: Your learning curve will be high until you understand the basics, and then it drops; you will have to do repetitive work, and no brainstorming or ideas are welcome.
- Recently, they were in a firing spree, though it's fine, but laying off entire division one by one without reason is not good.
