If you’re driven and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, you can grow really fast here. Initiative is noticed and rewarded. Direct access to decision-makers. You’re not buried under layers of middle management. If you have a good idea and can back it up, people will actually listen. Feels like building something. The company is evolving — new tools, new directions, new roles. It's exciting (and chaotic), but you feel like your work has an impact.

Not for coasters. If you're expecting super structured onboarding, hand-holding, or 9-to-5 with low pressure — this isn't that. You have to manage your own time and results. Growing company = growing pains. Things change fast and sometimes info doesn’t flow perfectly. You might get frustrated with unclear processes or priorities.
