Pros

- Collaborative and Friendly environment - Competitive salaries/benefits - More remote flexibility than industry peers - Team/Company events to build culture - Constantly innovating and making thought out acquisitions - Diverse and inclusive staff

Cons

- Office is small - Bonus out too closely tied to stock performance - PTO encouraged but hard to truly take time off as its easy to be involved in so many things (can also be considered a pro depending on how you look at it)

Flexible workplace culture with great remote and hybrid options

Cons

They are onboarding new tools and SaaS platforms, but ironically, any suggestion to actually improve the system is met with "apathy or exasperation". Pervasive legacy tech debt remains untouched everywhere
