Cons
Less appreciation for non product/sales groups. Depending on role, can be hard to fully take off. That's not to say long hours are demanded, but it's not great if you feel like you're on call while vacationing. Makes it hard to fully disconnect

Flexible workplace culture with great remote and hybrid options
Cons
They are onboarding new tools and SaaS platforms, but ironically, any suggestion to actually improve the system is met with "apathy or exasperation". Pervasive legacy tech debt remains untouched everywhere
