Allows for great work/life balance - Manager Trading Tips Employee Review

Great culture and teammates. We can work from home and our work schedule is very flexible. Team is enthusiastic, open and we have no issues communicating online with each other and work alone and together on projects. Great benefits and company's values! I can't complain. I would not change my job for any other job out there!

I can't think of any cons.

At Trading Tips you will work with seasoned professionals in the field. All department heads have years of experience and bring a vast knowledge of the financial/publishing/ecommerce industry. This is a cohesive environment where everyone is kept in the loop regarding different projects and all feedback/ideas are welcomed. What I like most is that I am given goals and then able to self manage, the CEO is not a micromanager. He prefers to find the best people for each position and let them shine. Another perk is getting to work remote.

Currently the company is growing quickly, which brings on exciting challenges. If you don't like to innovate and take charge of your respective field this may not be the right role for you.
