Great company to work for! - Manager Trading Tips Employee Review

The flexibility the company offers is important to me and allows for a good work/family life balance. There have been many opportunities to get involved in projects outside of my duties and responsibilities to gain knowledge and experience in other departments.

At Trading Tips you will work with seasoned professionals in the field. All department heads have years of experience and bring a vast knowledge of the financial/publishing/ecommerce industry. This is a cohesive environment where everyone is kept in the loop regarding different projects and all feedback/ideas are welcomed. What I like most is that I am given goals and then able to self manage, the CEO is not a micromanager. He prefers to find the best people for each position and let them shine. Another perk is getting to work remote.

Currently the company is growing quickly, which brings on exciting challenges. If you don't like to innovate and take charge of your respective field this may not be the right role for you.
