Cons
Toxic Culture Rule through fear and intimidation. Severe micromanagement. No training, sink or swim. Rude, narcissistic and demeaning leadership. Poor pay, compensation and benefits. No investment into project management tools, business software or anything that would help the business or employees. Huge disconnect between clients and people working on the accounts, since the President/CEO is the only client facing person at the company. Expect you to work nights and weekends regularly resulting in very poor work life balance. Management raises their voice towards new staff and only ever communicates when something is wrong, but never took the time to train anyone properly or set proper role expectations from the start. Revolving door, nobody stays for long. They either quit or cannot live up to the ridiculous expectations of leadership. There is not a training program. Get ready to be setup to fail. They tell you what you want to hear in the job listing and interview, but it’s all a bait and switch compared to what you’ll actually be doing. If they do not like you, they will fire you for no good reason first chance they get.
