Pros

I don't really have any, very disappointed

Cons

I was hired to work 100% home office, eventually they started to ask me to go more and more often to the office, until one day they just said they needed me full time at the office, I refused and they let me go, also they refused to pay what the law states when they let me go.

Pros

We got free CPR training

Cons

The training was chaotic. I was taught by the manager who tried their best but had other responsibilities and therefore couldn't do much actual teaching. There was source material but it was complicated and disorganized. When it came time to shadow the other CSRs, the equipment needed to split the headset didn't work very well and I often couldn't hear the customer.

Pros

Only positive working at this Company was some of the nice people I worked with

Cons

- The current Managing Director is completely useless. The only reason he has the position is due to being the largest shareholder of the UK company. He is rude, arrogant and unsuited for the position. Should have remained in Sales where he is actually talented. - Dying industry. Almost all car manufactures are beginning to work on Telematics in house so third party telematics is a dying industry. As car manufacturers are creating their own telematics they are sharing less information with third parties so the ability to look at the data the car is producing is becoming more and more limited as new models are being released. - Nepotism is the only way to progress. You either need to be related to the UK Managing Director or be in his little "club" of employees to have any prospects of career progression at the company. - Dishonest company. Have been instructed to manipulate and lie to customers about their data. I was instructed to provide inaccurate information on a regular basis because if we were to provide them the genuine data it would have looked bad for the company due to failures with their hardware. - Do not care about their employees at all. The company claims to care about the employees but in reality, does not. Was providing companies free hardware and access to software during the pandemic. Sounds good? I guess, as long as you are not in a position where you are knowing you are on the verge of having to make redundancies. Claiming to care about your employees while giving away tens of thousands of pounds worth of equipment knowing you are in a position when redundancies are going to need to be made if you do not sort your finances out proves the employee is not cared for in the company. The only care this shows is for profit, believing the PR stunt will gain goodwill and more customers after the pandemic and you can hire new staff (for less money) -Salary was terrible and not based on the work done or someones position. If they thought they could get away with paying you a fraction of what they were paying someone else doing the same role they would without hesitation. Actively disciplined employees for discussing salaries as they felt this would cause an issue as the employees would realise how they were being used.
