      Pros

      The company was a trailblazer in the DSP/Programmatic space. Their ideas were solid and technology roadmap certainly on target

      Cons

      Unable to execute. Not sure if it was the lack of the right talent or just ran out of the right amount of cash....but the platform never lived up to the hype.
