Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We do review our salaries on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace. We also post all opportunities on our internal platform to ensure that each employee has a chance to apply. Over 70 of our employees this past year have moved their career along in new roles within the company.

Pros

Very loyal customers. Fortunately it keeps them busy so there's always work.

Cons

No administrative training i.e. filling out work orders, hazard assessments, invoices, warranty forms, vehicle inspections,,,all paperwork. Very little training or support regarding any of the proper work procedures and management or office staff don't answer their phone to help at all. No leadership or encouragement what so ever.

Great management, nice team, some fliexibility in hours if you need it. A job you can forget about after you clock out.

Cons

Can be stressfull at times with the work load. Promotions or pay rises seem to be non-existent.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding workload and growth opportunities. We recognize that certain periods can be demanding, and we continue to look at ways to better support our teams during those times. In terms of career progression and compensation, we want to clarify that compensation is reviewed annually, and internal movement is a key focus for us. Many employees across departments, including within Builder Administration, have advanced through internal opportunities, which is something we strongly encourage and prioritize. That said, we recognize that visibility into these opportunities can always be improved, and your feedback is helpful in highlighting that.
