Pros
The culture is what sets TrailWest apart from the rest. It's truly a family environment and what has won me over in the time I've been here. When you embrace that culture and take care of the bank, they'll take care of you. They're always watching, looking for ways to support you if you're struggling and ways to help you grow when you're excelling.
Cons
The cons of working here are few and to improve one, you're going to have a trade-off. For the size of the bank, I have no complaints. When the economy gets rough, the bank doesn't lay off staff and that gives me a lot of peace of mind.
