Pros

Trailer Park will spend a lot of money pursuing new products and services, and will spend whatever it has to in an attempt to land brand pitches. Several departments (like theatrical a/v and art machine) are considered top shops for entertainment work by the studios (though this doesn't give the other departments any advantage in getting in the door).

Cons

Extremely high track record of losing out on brand pitches, financially instable in many departments (they've had at least two rounds of layoffs in the last six months), actively drive away or fire anyone talented (due to manager types being threatened by them).

Pros

It’s a large company with many internal resources. Great creative. Dedicated teams. Committed to creating a better, employee first culture. Ability to grow and move up within.

Cons

While the company makes it priority to hire diverse staff at entry and mid levels, they continue to perpetuate a culture where the majority in senior and leadership roles are straight, white, cis men.
