Excellent service/parts manager as well as the GM.

Can be slow at times, little opportunity to move up in the company.

Techs are great. Units are getting in the bay and turned out in a timely fashion

Management never on the same page. Management takes little accountability, double standards and contradictory lead style. Expect to be compensated financially for 1 single position but asked to do the role of 4 or more separate job titles. No advancement opportunities and minimal staff, expect to be taken advantage of.
