Incredibly welcoming and warm company. Everybody makes you feel welcome right away, everyone interacts with you or cheers you on no matter if you’re a new face or if you’ve been here for years. It’s only been good experiences so far and I can’t wait to see how this game studio keeps growing. It’s a very diverse studio ran by a female CEO and has so many women and LGBTQIA+ employees. It’s fantastic to see!

Nothing notable just yet. It is an adjustment to have a 3 day in-office working week, especially if you have to commute a bit further.

Trailmix is a game company doing its utmost to be better with people, better with game development and better with the world. Whilst making money. It’s a hard walk but honestly it’s one of the best companies to work for.

It’s a growing company and it’s trying to do a lot with a tight team. So sometimes plans do change which is fine - just know you’re in a growing company - you just got to follow the wind sometimes when it changes direction.
