Pros
Been working here less than a year but it's been a positive experience so far. 1) The hiring experience was one of the best I've had in 3 years; my recruiter had great communication and the entire process was smooth and quick. 2) I work in a team with many talented colleagues so there's always something to learn from everyone. There's opportunity to work on varied projects and the team has internally built a structure that allows different members to drive these projects. 3) Good manager that actually cares about your overall wellbeing and career growth. 4) Company has a generic standard in place for performance reviews and timelines, so there's a somewhat defined career progression structure. 5) Team spirit! Many teams have a culture of members spending time with one another, in and out of the office. 6) Career longevity seems possible within the company and is pretty much a norm from what I've seen so far, which is an attractive point for anyone who values job stability.
Cons
1) Company reorgs and reshuffling of teams seem to happen too frequently. Some teams don't get affected but I imagine having to reestablish team ways of working tends to have a negative impact on productivity and delivery. 2) The sudden change in the minimum office days requirements was a very sour move, given that many of the employees are family-oriented. 3) Not specific to the company, but most socials involve work drinks so you may miss out on certain opportunities if you're not involved in the culture (which may or may not have an effect on your overall growth even if you're not the type to feel left out).
