- Horrible pay for given responsibilities. - New responsibilities assigned monthly without a pay increase. - Calls are entirely scripted, including voicemails, and deviation from the script leads to write-ups. - Deceptive marketing towards Veterans. - A large majority of calls, medical evidence creation, and operations are outsourced to the Philippines, impacting service quality for Military Veterans/Clients and affecting bonuses and commission. - Unsecured Client Data, including Personal Health Information, poses a risk of abuse by workers in the Philippines or elsewhere, particularly with Social Security numbers left unsecured. - Extreme micromanagement; leads are treated as a "numbers game" when weak. - Commission on sales, but also responsible for inbound customer service calls that cannot be converted to sales. - Commission is generated only when Veterans complete the entire process, which includes medical calls, questionnaires, and calls with Philippines representatives to gather personal health and billing information.
