Excellent work environment, Creative work - Programmer Trak Engineering Employee Review

Trak is an excellent company to work for if you are interested in having a flexible schedule. It is a laid back environment with great lay and benefits. It was a stepping stone for me fresh out of college and the management took time to train and teach me properly. Their products are amazing and I got to be part of the team that was creating a new and innovative product that will surely be successful. Management treats all employees fairly and with the utmost respect.

Can’t really think of one?

The owners are the “buck stops here” managers, who actively sought employee ideas and rewarded ingenuity. Products and services were top-notch and therefore easy to promote and sell. The laid back office environment made for happy employees, most of whom had been there for several years. The lead engineer constantly refined existing products and developed new ones; the sales director is a natural at marketing, and was always helpful and supportive of our team.

Company size limits advancement opportunities for employees who have ambitious career goals, but it’s a great place to work for quality of life oriented individuals.
