Pros
This is not only a company but a family. There is very low turnover at Trammo. This is the first company that I have worked for that has employees working for over 20 years, very few employees leave for a better opportunity if they do, they ask for their job back when they realize this is the BEST opportunity around. The salary and benefits are competitive, management has an open-door policy and culture is welcoming and inviting.
Cons
Company is too good that you are spoiled to what the real world actually offers. Sometimes, you don't see how amazing one has it until you experience other places.
