Everything else. Far and away the worst professional experience of my life. Management is also ownership and they thrive on a culture of gaslighting and harassment. I was verbally attacked and touched without my consent by management on several occasions. They refer to the team as a "family" so they can manipulate, underpay, and control employees. I deeply regret my time here and wish I had spent this critical phase in my career elsewhere. Please stay away from this awful organization and take your talent where you'll be appreciated and safe. This is not it.

Nothing is positive about this place.

Management/ownership is abusive, manipulative, and will take advantage of you. Pay is shamefully low while ownership owns several homes and spends most of the year on vacation.
