Pros
You get paid every Tuesday. Ypu can work 4 10 or 3 10. Sunday thru Wednesday or Thursday thru Friday. You can trade shifts or get someone to cover your shift. Mr. Milton is a nice guy whose very successful.
Cons
My body is sore everyday. Physically draining. Wear and tear on your body. If you're not athletic, don't try it. Hard to take a break. Most of us don't. Lot of rules and reasons to drop your ratings. Amazon and the DSP Tranmazon fail us. Don't drink fluids too much or else you will use the restroom. Lot of lies to get you in the door of course. Operations has no structure. You may or may get a route even if you haven't done anything wrong. Vans are raggedy. They dont keep them maintained. Device, battery packs and charging cords, raggedy. And they claim to eventually make us bring our own. You show up on time but they're late while we're waiting in the rain, heat, cold, etc. List goes on.
