      Pros

      Technically the work is good, and you learn a lot. Among the very few VLSI design companies in North India, so good if you want to be in North India.

      Cons

      Management works like govt. officers. Work env is very frustrating, not transparent, lot of politics, no communication from management. A loss making company from ages.

      If you want to learn something it was a great place to work with good people to learn from. Santanu was good, possibly too good to be a CEO

      Cons

      Marketing vp there was really bad. He probably can be picked out as the most influential person in the demise of the company.
