zero work life balance micro management at every thing very unstable and unstructured organizations if you had stable job work experience then coming here is Big No NO. hire and fire system even the visiting card printing money is paid by me personallying meeting on weekends and u expected to work on weekends working start time in 9.30 am and end time not fixed and some time work till 11 pm also. owner and management guys are very selfish and they don't care about the people , No humanity.
