Small team, some genuinely nice people. Why they're working there, I don't know.
President/CEO is a great guy who cares about his employees
As mentioned in other reviews, if it's your first gig you learn a lot about marketing/advertising
Cons
As mentioned by others, the owners are rarely there but micromanage from afar at every opportunity. It brings down company morale in a very noticeable way since most of the time they actively fight good things that employees are trying to do, for seemingly no other reason than to get their way.
For all that they are a marketing and advertising company, they don't seem to be changing effectively with the times, and departments are kept very separate.
Finally for the Bay Area, the pay just isn't competitive with any other similar position somewhere else, especially for how well they make it sound like the company is doing all the time.
