•Takes 10 years of service to increase vacation time (to 4 weeks)
•Starting Jan 1, 2026, less flexibility on hybrid and no more remote work.
•Have to be in 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) if within 30 miles of office.
•Tracking of in-office time feels really "big brother" / micromanagement
•Hard to trust the company when they have layoffs and take away benefits in the same month (conveniently after employee engagement surveys are closed).
•Expectations are to progress projects even though we were short resources before layoffs
