Pros

•Vacation starts at 3 weeks •6% 401K match plus 2% free (8% total) •Other than this, average benefits

Cons

•Takes 10 years of service to increase vacation time (to 4 weeks) •Starting Jan 1, 2026, less flexibility on hybrid and no more remote work. •Have to be in 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) if within 30 miles of office. •Tracking of in-office time feels really "big brother" / micromanagement •Hard to trust the company when they have layoffs and take away benefits in the same month (conveniently after employee engagement surveys are closed). •Expectations are to progress projects even though we were short resources before layoffs

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some truly great coworkers in the Service Department. There was a strong sense of camaraderie and support among the team. The company also does a nice job hosting events and internal gatherings, which helps build connection across departments. Benefits are decent overall, including a 401(k) and PTO offerings.

Cons

While the benefits package is fair, the medical coverage could be stronger. Leadership at one point felt very supportive and well-run, but after some key departures, the environment shifted. At times, it can feel more like working for a large corporation where employees may not feel as valued on an individual level. There is an emphasis on collaboration, but in practice, accountability can be inconsistent especially when it comes to addressing underperformance, even when concerns are raised.
