Ingersoll Rand is a great company to work for. Boundless opportunities to advance and you have a direct say in your position.

Cons

Can't really complain about this company. Two years here and have received performance increases each year, 401(k) option is great.

Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
