      Pros

      What can I say It was too short even to contemplate anything. Worst ever experience with no leadership vision, accountability. All Dog and pony show!!!!

      Cons

      Pros are CONS... There was no Pro... It was a worst experience. The law of averages catches up with you when you work for 30 yrs and change job once the lightning strikes and you end up in bad organisation. The leadership had no idea on functional alignment!! Thank god I jumped the ship!

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
