If you are good at politics and you have an art to please and always say yes to CL and RL’s then you can reach anywhere in this company
Cons
1) Spineless HR( But good in making Rangoli and dance) 2) Non professional CL .( Having an art to make fun of everyone and laugh) 3) RL’s are here to please the CL only. Many time they are even doing personal works of CL and SLT 4) Confused organisation 5) Customer is last priority here( Complex, useless internal process are more important) 6) You have to join a call ( even if it can be avoided) instead of finalising a deal 7) You have only one choice ( to remain silent) 8) In a day you will listen at least 20 to 30 demotivating remarks fro RL’s and barely any motivating remark. 9) Every employ is searching for a new job here( Except SLT as they are enjoying dance, rangoli making, parties and least bothered about business) 10) CL have zero product and market knowledge so he has impractical expectations. 11) Most of RL’s , CL even make funny remarks on your family and personal issues too. 12) Work life balance is zero ( Not because of some productive work but because you have to sit in office till 11:00 pm if boss is sitting at office . You have to join the parties late night even if you are not interested because your boss is going to party) Sometimes really feel pity to these people
