Pros

Good products / offerings. Unrestricted commission structure is nice. expertise in field is strong. Trane's name is recognized all across the industry.

Cons

High turnover / slow to change. Resources and support can be lacking at times. Ingersoll Rand's involvement in Trane's business has changed dynamics in selling / culture - not always for the postiive

Pros

Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

Cons

The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
